ELECTRIC WELDING HEAD (WELDING)

AVIO electric welding heads are designed to ensure the highest process quality and repeatability. Using a spring and a selection dial, the pressure applied to the workpiece can be adjusted. With an optional load cell, pressure variations can be monitored in real time during welding. A sensor signals the controller when the spring compression is correct to start the cycle.
